Mediation fees

Individual Mediation Sessions
$250 per hour, per person. Payment is due at the time of each session.

Joint Mediation Sessions
$400 per hour, shared between the parties. Payment is due at the time of the session.

Mediation Reports and Memorandums of Understanding (MOUs)
$300 per hour, shared between the parties.

Note: The average time required for drafting Parenting Plan MOUs or Financial MOUs is approximately 2 hours each.

All-Inclusive Packages

Starting at $5,000 per person. Includes a total of 10 sessions, each 2 hours in length. Please contact us to determine if an all-inclusive package is the best option for your needs.
